Lancaster Playwriting Prize is back for 2025! The annual event run in partnership by the Department of English Literature and Creative Writing at Lancaster University and The Dukes, Lancaster.
Each year the competition has a different writing theme and this year the theme is Gothic.
2025 finalists:
Chris Newton - The Crimes of Mab Gallows
Holly McIlwain - Hersteria
Rosie Davis - The Workshop
Join us for rehearsed public readings, each of a 15-20 minute section of their work, in Moor Space.
