Marketing and Communications Officer
39 hours per week.
£23,100 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join The Dukes as part of the Marketing Team, to execute effective marketing, communications, and audience development campaigns for The Dukes across all parts of the organisation.
Scope of the role
- Deliver a high standard of marketing and audience development plans.
- Devise & co-ordinate the marketing campaigns for film, theatre, and other activities
- Manage budgets as required.
- Provide forecasts, reporting and analysis on sales.
- Produce reports for and provide information to the Head of Marketing & Sales with regards to audience development and sales
- Liaise with external parties including suppliers and visiting companies and other relevant parties.
- Plan, create and implement email campaigns driving customer engagement and sales, co-manage subscriber databases and analyse email campaign performance.

Chief Executive
39 hours per week including evenings and weekends as required.
£50,000 to £60,000 per annum
The Dukes is seeking a new Chief Executive to lead our next chapter.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is experienced in the cultural sector and has the passion and skill to increase and deepen our relationships with audiences and communities. The successful candidate will think and act strategically and thrive on partnership working. They will be able to spot both creative and commercial opportunities and will underpin their drive to make things happen with good business acumen, sound decision making and enjoyment of leading and building teams. Most of all, they will be determined to continue to make the Dukes the place of choice for artists, visitors, communities, and partners.
