Visitor Experience Assistant
Hours variable.
£12.71 per hour (min wage)
We are seeking some energetic, customer-focused and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House team at The Dukes! Our visitor experience assistants are there to provide a warm and friendly welcome for all visitors to The Dukes, providing a high-quality customer experience. They are also there to maximise sales through up-selling, efficient and professional service, making a significant financial contribution to The Dukes.
·As the face of The Dukes you will provide a warm and friendly atmosphere; be able to communicate confidently about what The Dukes offers (such as upcoming programming, hire opportunities and other activities available)
· You will greet visitors and answer all queries with care and courtesy considering at all times the customers’ needs and satisfaction.
· You will book tickets as part of our box office service and assist customers with queries using excellent customer service skills.
· Sell, and actively up-sell, drinks and other refreshments from the Dukes bar, including taking advance orders for interval drinks according to current licensing laws.
