Good to Go

Collecting your tickets

When you arrive, head to our Box Office to collect any pre-booked tickets, or you can buy on the night. Our Box Office team will be happy to help with anything you need, and can advise you about show running times, interval information and content advice. If you want to save time you can book online and use a print at home ticket so you can head straight into the auditorium.

Eating and drinking

Our Café bar provides top quality local drink and snacks, such as Lancaster’s own J.Atkinson & Co’s tea and coff ee and Lancaster Brewery’s Bottled Beers as well as Mrs Dowsons Ice cream to enjoy throughout your visit. Drinks can be pre-ordered in advance when purchasing tickets, we can have them ready to collect on your arrival so there’s no need to queue. All our Drinks can be taken into the auditoria in our Vegware Biodegradable cups.

All of our spaces are fully accessible with the exception of The Round balcony. You can speak to our box office team ahead of your visit to get details or to book a wheelchair space, or you can visit our access page for more information.

What to wear

There is no dress code so come as you are and enjoy. We do suggest that you dress appropriately for the weather; especially if you're heading to one of our outdoor screenings or performances.
