Collecting your tickets
If you need to collect or purchase tickets head to our Box Office or café-bar. Our Visitor Experience team will be happy to help with anything you need, and can advise you about show running times, interval information and content advice. If you want to save time you can book online and select e-tickets so you can head straight into the auditorium.
Eating and drinking
Our Café bar provides top quality local drink and snacks, such as Lancaster’s own J.Atkinson & Co’s tea and coffee and Lancaster Brewery’s Bottled Beers as well as Mrs Dowsons Ice cream to enjoy throughout your visit. All our Drinks can be taken into the auditoria in our Vegware Biodegradable cups.
Accessibility
All of our spaces are fully accessible with the exception of The Round balcony. You can speak to our box office team ahead of your visit to get details or to book a wheelchair space, or you can visit our access page for more information.
What to wear
There is no dress code so come as you are and enjoy. We do suggest that you dress appropriately for the weather if you're heading to one of our outdoor screenings or performances.
Opening and closing times
General opening:
Mon: Closed
Tuesday - Friday: From 11am
Saturday: From 10:30am
Sunday: From 11am
Events will start at the time advertised. Please arrive in good time to be seated comfortably.
Please note on days with no events the building will be shut.
Transport
The Dukes is a short walk from both Lancaster train and bus station and there is a cycle rack not far from our front door.
