Our Young Practitioners Programme is now open to current Lancaster University Students (18–21-year-olds) seeking to gain workplace experience and training within the cultural sector. The programme provides coaching, mentoring, masterclasses, and experience-based learning over the course of an academic year. 

These paid (30 hours) trainees will work alongside experienced facilitators, in understanding how to deliver creative work with children and young people on The Dukes community programme across Lancaster and Morecambe.
