IRISH EYES ARE SMILING AT THE DUKES

IRISH EYES ARE SMILING AT THE DUKES

Legendary Irish comic, Tommy Tiernan will be appearing here for one night only on December 5. Tommy visits Lancaster following an international tour including sell out shows at Sydney Opera House and in the West End of London. These are just the latest highlights in a successful career which has seen Tommy win the Perrier Award at the Edinburgh Festival and Best Stand Up Award at the British Comedy Awards in 1998. In 2009, the father of six set a Guinness World Record for the longest stand up comedy show by an individual when he kept the jokes coming for 36 hours and 15 minutes. Tommy’s mastery of stand-up sees him take risks other comedians wouldn’t dare. Through his storytelling and a high energy, non-apologetic delivery, he continually challenges his audience who can be confident they are in the safe hands of a comedy king. Tommy’s show is recommended for anyone aged 16 plus. Tickets are priced £15 (a £1 per transaction fee applies when booking online).
