16-year-old Enzo flouts the expectations of his well-off family by quitting school and signing up as an apprentice on a building site. Disconnected from his peers, Enzo finds himself attracted to slightly older fellow builder Vlad, a Ukrainian.
Co-written by the late Cantet and directed by his collaborator and friend, Robin Campillo, (Red Island, 120 BPM, Eastern Boys), Enzo brings together a mix of sensibilities, with an energetic performance from Eloy Pohu in the title role.
