Our Baby-Friendly Screenings let you enjoy a film without worrying about a crying baby, a feed, or a nappy change. They're designed for anyone with babies under 12 months old.
* You must have a baby with you to attend a Baby-Friendly Screening.
What's different about these screenings
- Sound levels are turned down and house lights kept slightly up, so it's easier to move around, feed or settle your baby.
- Films are subtitled where possible.
- We dont show any external trailers and adverts — the film starts right at the advertised time.
- Baby goes free
- Your ticket includes a complimentary hot drink and a biscuit.
Where they're shown
Baby-Friendly Screenings take place in the Rake, and in the Round when available:
IN THE RAKE, seating is as normal, with our gallery space set aside for prams.
IN THE ROUND, prams can come into the space with you. This is a smaller, more intimate room with sofas and benches, so to make sure everyone has their own space, we only sell half the usual number of tickets:
- One Person Ticket – guarantees you a sofa or bench to yourself.
- Two Person Ticket – for two guardians, or two friends with babies, who'd like to sit together.
