In person - by visiting our friendly Box Office team located in our theatre foyer.

If you are an adult with accessibility needs and require assistance to attend the theatre, we can offer an Essential Companion Ticket (also known as a carer ticket) free of charge. These tickets are intended for those who are unable to attend independently and need someone to support them during their visit.

For children under 16, an accompanying adult ticket is required as part of normal supervision arrangements, so Essential Companion Tickets are not usually provided. However, if a child requires additional support and a second adult or carer is needed, an Essential Companion Ticket may be available.

To request an Essential Companion ticket please contact the Box Office.  

Please let us know in advance if you will be attending in a wheelchair so we can ensure we can accommodate your needs. 

Wheelchair spaces are available in specific areas of our auditoria and may require seats to be removed in advance. 

Availability can sometimes be limited, so booking ahead helps us provide the best possible experience for your visit.
