Cantankerous novelist, Charles Condomine finds himself haunted by the ghost of his eccentric late wife, much to the displeasure of his current one.
Brought to life by some of the North’s most exciting comedic talent, Noel Coward’s classic farce is packed full of fun, fuss and plenty of laughs.
BLITHE SPIRIT by Noel Coward
Sir Noel Peirce Coward (16 December 1899 - 26th March 1973) was an English playwright, composer, director, actor, producer, and singer, known for his wit, flamboyance, and what Time Magazine called a "Sense of personal style, a combination of cheek and chic, pose and poise".
Coward himself describes his iconic play as "an improbable farce". Written in 1941, it set a new long-run record for non-musical British plays of 1997 performances for it's West End run, which started that year.
