It's festive season here at The Dukes and we have a host of yuletide treats for to enjoy with this Christmas. From mulled wine to Muppets, Beasts to ballet and Christmas chills to heartwarming thrills, take a look at our Christmas highlights.
Christmas in the CafeBar
Cosy up in our CafeBar with some festive treats and winter warmers, with mince pies and bakes courtesy of Talk About Tasty, glasses of mulled wine and a little something special our catering and hospitality genius Jane has come up with called a ‘Biscotti’ – a hot, smooth, delicious drink combining Biscoff biscuits with your choice of milk.
The CafeBar is open from 10am during weekdays.
Beauty and the Beast
Join us this Christmas for a fun, festive show packed full of fun, music and magical storytelling (as well as a fair bit of flora and fauna!). It's another wonderful adventure from Daniel Bye (Sleeping Beauty) and Sarah Punshon (Grimm Tales), featuring the brilliant talent of the creatives behind past Christmas shows Cinderella, Peter Pan and Aladdin.

A Boy Called Christmas (PG)
This magical adaptation of Matt Haig's seasonal bestseller sees a young boy called Nikolas venture on an extraordinary journey into the snowy north in search of his father. From headstrong reindeers, a loyal mouse and sprinkling of festive charm, it's a story for all the family that proves that nothing is impossible.

Stage on Screen: ROH The Nutcracker
Enjoy this screening of the Royal Ballet’s sparkling production of the The Nutcracker – an enchanting, festive treat for the whole family. Directed by Peter Wright, it’s a magical adventure, a Christmas classic and a delightful way to discover the wonder of ballet.

The Muppets, Sir Michael Caine and a Charles Dickens classic combine for one of the greatest Christmas films. Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo and the gang retell the iconic tale of miser Ebenezer Scrooge and the ghosts of past, present and future who visit him on Christmas Eve night. So much fun and heart-warming too!

Stage on Screen: Bolshoi Ballet: The Nutcracker
Another opportunity to indulge in some brilliant ballet on our cinema screen, as Tchaikovsky's exceptional score is paired with the magical choreography of the breathtaking Bolshoi Ballet. A holiday classic to delight the hearts of all generations. This version was captured live in Moscow, December 23, 2018.
It's a Wonderful Life (PG)
A Dukes Christmas staple. This moving quintessential Christmas classic sees George Bailey (James Stewart), a desperate man who sees no purpose in his life, visited by his guardian angel Clarence who shows him what his beloved hometown would be like if he hadn’t existed.
