Work Experience Week
Work Experience Week 2026 will run 26th - 29th May in partnership with the Lancaster Grand, Lancaster City & Maritime Museums and Escape2Make.
This dedicated week hosted in May Half Term will give local young people valuable on the ground and in-depth work experience across various arts, cultural and heritage organisations in Lancaster.
To register your interest in Work Experience Week 2026 email creativecommunities@dukeslancaster.org with the following information:

- Why you’d like to take part in WEW 2026.
- What you’d like to learn from this experience.
We receive a large number of work experience requests and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate everybody who applies and due to the size of our team this is our dedicated week for this activity, and we cannot accept requests outside of Work Experience Week.
