Set among the cobbles and stone walls of the North, in this very modern take on Oscar Wilde’s classic comedy, struggling actor Jamil and rom-com star Algy come together in the pursuit of love, being true to yourself and Nando's.
An Earnest for our times, this hilariously funny digital production is written by Yasmeen Khan (EastEnders) and directed by Mina Anwar (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Doctor Who, Shameless).
The show will be captured on location at the Lawrence Batley Theatre and The Dukes, combining live theatre with elements of film and radio play.
